TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By utilizing the services provided within Bloggersbar.com, both advertisers and bloggers agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

ADVERTISERS:
Bloggers Bar is the final approving authority on all advertising campaigns.  Bloggers Bar reserves the right to reject or cancel campaigns for any reason.  To provide a legitimate service, blog writers must be able to maintain objectivity when reviewing websites which means they can comment on things they like and dislike.  We maintain that the content within the article will be applicable to the advertiser’s website and the links will be provided to pages designated by the advertisers. 

Payment:  Payment for all advertising campaigns will be made in full before the onset of each campaign.  The advertiser is responsible for all fees which may include but is not limited to campaign fees, taxes, and incremental charges where applicable.  All fees will be visible, detailed and itemized at checkout.

Refund Policy:  Advertisers have 7 days to review completed blog reviews.  The approval of the review is at the sole discretion of Bloggers Bar.  If an Advertiser is not satisfied with a review, Bloggers Bar will make every effort to resolve the issue.  In the event that an issue cannot be resolved, the article will be removed from the blog and re-assigned whenever possible.  Bloggers Bar will ensure link validity and verify accuracy of the embedded text.  Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.  Ultimately, refunds will be the sole discretion of Bloggers Bar.  Bloggers Bar will make every effort to exceed customer expectations and accommodate all reasonable requests to enhance customer experience.
 

Service Guarantee:  All orders will be completed within 30 days after receipt of payment except when otherwise specified by the advertiser

MARKETING AGENTS:
One of the special features of Bloggers Bar is the ability for a single advertiser or user to manage multiple websites.  In cases where the marketing agent is not the owner of a given website, the agent still assumes full responsibility for all transactions with Bloggers Bar that are made on the behalf of the owner.  

BLOGGERS:
 - Bloggers must own their own blogs and have full control of the content presented on their websites.  Bloggers are responsible for maintenance and hosting fees associated with their blog.

- Approval of a blog is at the sole discretion of Bloggers Bar.  Approval can be rescinded by the administrator at any time.  We will only work with white hat and clean content blogs.

- Payment rates and periods are determined by bloggers bar and outlined in task assignments.  Once posts are approved by admin, payouts will be made on the next payday.

- Pending payments may be canceled at the discretion of Bloggers Bar.  We reserve this right for extreme cases the advertiser’s needs are not met.

- Blogs must remain online and blog entries must be permanent.  If you are considering letting your blog expire, CONTACT US, we will consider acquiring it.

- Blogs are subject to trial articles during the approval process.  We grade the writing skills, compliance and timeliness of all bloggers and store in the information our database.

- All blog entries must be 100% original content.  We will not tolerate plagiarism.

- Bloggers are treated independent contractors for employment purposes and all aspects of the business relationship.  Bloggers are engaged in their own business practice and operating with Bloggers Bar on an assignment by assignment basis.
 

- Bloggers are responsible for all applicable taxes (federal, state and local) for their earnings.  Bloggers Bar is a fully owned subsidiary of Easy As My PC, Inc. and subject to United States tax laws.  For Bloggers that earn more than $500 per year, as required by law, Bloggers Bar will file 1099 tax forms for income tax purposes.
 
BLOG MANAGERS:
One of the special features of Bloggers Bar is the ability for a single manager to manage multiple blogs.  We assume that the blog manager is in full control of the blogs under their account and in most cases is the owner of those blogs.  We understand that owners may hire multiple writers to post on their blogs.  Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the manager to fulfill assignments timely and accurately.  Bloggers Bar reserves the right to cancel accounts in cases where performance is substandard.  In order to exceed customer expectations, we need to provide outstanding customer service.  We will only accept bloggers in our network that are dedicated to the highest standards of customer service.

WRITERS:
Bloggers Bar does own a network of blogs and there are opportunities for blog writers to be employed through Bloggers Bar.  Terms and conditions for writers will be worked out on a case by case basis.  Contact us for more details.
